On June 29, 2015, we held an Anything Goes Competition at Bidwell Training Center. There were five entries in the competition.
The first place winner was Natasha Bankston Nevels for her Tex-Mex Chicken Salad. Second place went to Cyd Taylor who made Grilled Chicken, Mango, and Jicama Salad with Tequila-Lime Vinaigrette. The third place winner was Corrinne Wessel for her Hungarian Chicken Salad. Darnella Wilson who made Spicy Chicken Salad Melee and Marley Fawlks who made Bombay Chicken Salad received certificates of participation.
Congratulations to all of the participants, and thank you to Chefs Chuck Baux, Timothy Tain, and Johan Meinke for expertly judging the competition.
