January 27, 2015: Meat and Food Service Equipment at U.S. Foods

At this meeting, U.S.Foods did a meat presentation of 4 different marinated beef styles. They displayed food  service equipment and showed literature on services they could offer.  A consultant was present to demonstrate the computer technology available currently to aid chefs in purchasing, ordering and time saving features.  The food was delicious and abundant.
