The ideal candidate has experience as a sous chef in a high volume environment for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Butchery and charcuterie skills are preferred but not required. We are looking for someone who is not only great in the kitchen, but someone who can also be a great coach and mentor to other associates. This position will report to the Executive Sous Chef.
